Large, glamorous soft black, gold decorated black glass beads from Southeast Asia / Indonesia. Handmade by local artisans to replicate opalized ancient glass beads that were manufactured in abundance from the 1st century to 12th century A.D. Wonderful for jewelry design and not fragile. Appropriate as focal beads. Sold individually. A larger version of NP102. Measure in 23-25mm range. Slightly oval / round shape (ie not exactly perfectly round).
